Hello. My name is Teri Ann Krefting. I grew up in Minot, ND, where my parents, twin older brothers and I spent most of our time participating or watching sporting activities. I graduated from Minot High School in 1998. and then attended college at the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks, ND where I was a diver on the University’s Swimming and Diving team.
After finishing a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Education in 2002, I moved to Los Angeles, California and spent the next 14 years in the fitness business. After completing certification with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as well as at becoming certified to teach Yoga in Byron Bay, Australia, I began working at Crunch Fitness in West Hollywood. At Crunch, I taught spin, yoga, HIIT, and step aerobics. Also, I completed an exercise video called Crunch’s Belly, Butt & Thighs Boot Camp, Exercise TV episodes, and participated in the background of several other fitness videos (Step 360, Total Body Cardio). In addition, Tanja Djelevic and I created a video called Total Body System, TNT.
When I began working for Celebrity Trainer Harley Pasternak, I trained and toured with many actors and celebrities. Tours with Maroon 5 and Lady Gaga took me around the world. Jessica Simpson, Megan Fox, and Kesha are three more examples of celebrity training which broadened my fitness experience immensely.
Currently, I live with my husband, Jamieson Stern, in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. We opened an exercise studio called Good Vibes in 2019 consisting of a circuit workout and a spinning component each day. In addition, we now have two little boys, River born in 2016, and Sebastian in 2020.
In the future, I hope to continue working in the fitness industry gaining more experience and knowledge with each new opportunity that presents itself. Knowing that fitness is a crucial part of a healthy body, I would then have more to offer my clients as they work toward their fitness goals.
